Background
Prior to becoming a Realtor I worked in Banking in Finance in Boston, New York City, and Miami. During that period of time I worked extensively in credit and debt markets. I’ve taken what I learned in those roles, and applied it to the Real Estate market. A number of private equity funds, REIT’s, and Family Office clients that I work with today are the result of relationships that were formed while working in my previous career.

What I Do
I focus on a few disciplines within the Commercial Real Estate field. I have worked extensively with Licensed Cannabis Holders throughout the State of Florida, along with owners of Cannabis Real Estate, and private equity funds that operate within the space. This has included site selection for license application, farming space, warehouse space, and retail locations.

My core strengths and experience are in; Land, Retail (including Single Tenant Net Lease), Multifamily, and Industrial (typically limited to Flex, Small Bay Warehouse and Industrial Outdoor Storage).

Who I Work With
Most commonly I work with property owners who need help either disposing of, or unlocking value in, their Real Estate Holdings. Often times this is because someone has inherited a Commercial Property somewhere in the State of Florida, or someone that needs to pivot in asset class.

On the acquisition side my typical client profile is either a person, or entity, that is looking to build a portfolio in Florida with multiple locations in order to spread out risk.

Credentials
• Commercial Investment Sale closings in excess of 1 million square feet and growing
• Buyer representation for one of the largest single family home buyers in the US, I covered Florida
• Represented Fannie Mae, and all major banks, in REO disposition
• Represented bulk note buyers on Fannie Mae defaulted pools, volume of several hundred million dollars
• On market residential sales volume closings exceeding $100 million in volume and counting
• Qualified in Miami Dade County Courts as an Expert Real Estate Witness where I’ve provided testimony
• Over 14 years of real estate experience
